If your application to cancel your enrolment is approved, CHC will cancel your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and record your release from the course in PRISMS.
If your application is approved, you might be eligible for a refund of unspent tuition fees. Applications are assessed against the provisions of CHC Policy: Refunds for Overseas Students and the relevant Administrative Fees schedule to determine eligibility for, and the amount of, any refund that is to be paid. If you think you meet the requirements for a refund as outlined in these documents, please download and complete the Application for Refund – Overseas Students form. Please note that cancelling your enrolment does not automatically mean that you are eligible for a refund.
If your application to cancel your enrolment is not approved, a release will not be recorded in PRISMS and you will be expected to commence your course on the agreed day. If you do not commence your course as agreed, you will default on your Written Agreement and will be reported to the Department of Education and Training.
If you application is not approved, you may access CHC Policy: Grievances for Overseas Students.
